I enjoyed the breakfast service.. It included a wide variety of food options, such as gluten-free bread. The gym offered many possibilities for workouts, which motivated me to extend my stay. The staff was always helpful and kind.
The air conditioning system was controlled centrally. I had to call the reception to adjust the temperature. This was inconvenient, especially during the night.

i was happy about the free parking available inside the hotel. the pool was beautiful and well kept. i liked the location close to the airport for easy access.
the air conditioning did not meet my expectations. the breakfast was very poor and lacked options. staff seemed rude and did not address issues with the minibar.

the beds were comfortable. the size was great and the beds were super comfortable. the location provides convenient parking. i could walk to the center of town and restaurants easily.
the young girl on reception was rude. she did not care who we were or our reason for being there before check in. the area around the hotel is dirty and dangerous. it made for a bad first impression as a representative of the hotel.

The room was spacious, very clean! the size was great and it featured a comfortable bed, i also liked the gym because of the many possibilities for a workout. breakfast had many options also including gluten-free bread. It was a lovely touch.
The immediate surrounding area felt a bit tired. There was some litter.

the rooms were spacious and clean i found the pool to be a great amenity for relaxation the hotel is near public transportation i found that very useful. the location is close to the airport i really appreciated that convenience. the staff was friendly and accommodating i thought they were very helpful.
the air conditioning was not effective i experienced some discomfort . there were quite a few mosquitoes i wish there was more done to control them. the surrounding area looked a bit run down it was not the most appealing environment.
