I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the staff were outstanding-so friendly and helpful-there were quite a few drawbacks that marred the experience. The location, although convenient for the city center, felt a bit unsafe at night. Additionally, the spa facilities and pool did not meet my expectations, leading to some disappointment overall.
